    Alexa Schnittka

    Hi, I’m Alexa Schnittka! As a former soccer goalkeeper, I know firsthand the pressure athletes face. When I discovered meditation, I realized it was the tool I had been missing during my playing years. I introduced it to the soccer team I coached and found a passion for creating practices specifically designed for athletes and coaches. We even won a Division 1 state title together.

    With a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee, I’m dedicated to helping athletes strengthen their mental game through meditation. I launched my small business in the hopes of increasing the use of meditation in the sports world and beyond!
